Limits: From Louisiana St. to Hooks E. Hodges Rd.

This project consists of the reconstruction of an existing roadway to improve its structural integrity and performance. The scope of work includes grading to reshape the terrain and prepare the site, followed by the application of a lime-treated subgrade to stabilize the soil and provide a solid foundation.
